Refunds & Returns Policy

All Australian Consumers are protected under Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Order cancellation

                                   

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing. Quoted projects, enterprise equipment, Custom PC's, sale, or open box items, are not included in this guarantee)

  • you receive the wrong item

  • the item is faulty

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Change of Mind Returns

 

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not obligated to accept returns based purely on a change of mind. Nonetheless, at Tron Computer Repairs, we strive to deliver top-tier customer service. We recognise that sometimes needs or circumstances change post-purchase. Hence, under specific conditions, we might be able to accept your item as a 'Change of Mind' return. Change of mind returns will not refund the cost of shipping and returns will be at the owners expense. Please understand that such returns are not guaranteed and are always subject to our approval. Products for 'Change of Mind' returns must be in their original, FACTORY SEALED condition. We will no longer accept products that have been opened (including those with broken seals or removed shrinkwrap) for 'Change of Mind' returns. An exception to this would be if you were given incorrect advice or misled regarding a product's suitability by our staff or website.

Exclusions

 

Certain products, including those ordered specifically for quoted projects, enterprise equipment, Custom PC's, sale, or open box items, are not included in this policy.

 

Moreover, in our commitment to deter resellers and scalpers from speculative purchases, we hold the right to decline a 'Change of Mind' return for bulk orders consisting of more than two units.
